Description of the Circuit glace de Flaine
Located at 1,600 meters above sea level, here the sun shines by its absence; a feature that ensures the quality of the coating from early December to almost the end of March. Regarded as a reference, the circuit includes two tracks: 1000 or 1500 meters long and 10 to 15 meters wide, reproducing the main difficulties of a mountain road, big curves, pins, climbs and descents.
Surfaced daily, the coating changes with the weather, the purest ice powder snow, cold and light, through spring snow, very wet and heavy. Situations that we find at the discretion of the winter on the roads.
To welcome you a warm infrastructure of 100 sqm in traditional wood, with en Main warmly heated (coffee, tea ...) and a 50sqm classroom equipped with video equipment, white board, video projector, etc. .
