Description of Kakucs Ring
Kakucs Ring is located in Kakucs, in Pest County, beside the M5 motorway south-east of Budapest. Opened in 2007 as a karting track, it was extended from 2010 with two additional asphalt sections and a gravel section, allowing it to host rallycross and motocross races, including an international rallycross event. The track is 1,050 m long and 8 to 16 m wide. It can be driven in both directions, giving four layouts: motorcycles and karts mostly use the basic layout, while cars also use the extra sections. Twisty and technical, it has no walls and is lined with grass.
The site covers 25 hectares and offers garage rental by the month or by the year. The track is open every day from 8 am to 6 pm to cars, motorcycles and karts, for half or full days. It also hosts private events and sports car driving experiences.
