Description of FDM Jyllandsringen

Jyllandsringen is located in Resenbro, about 8 km east of Silkeborg. It opened in 1966 on a former gravel pit and has been owned by the Danish motoring club FDM since 1974. In 2003 its two tracks of 1,475 m and 900 m were joined into a 2,300 m layout, the longest in Denmark. It is the only FIA-homologated circuit in the country. It has hosted the Danish Grand Prix (1968-1970, 1974-1977 and 1995), the Swedish STCC championship, TCR Denmark and the Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia.

The main building houses meeting and theory rooms, a canteen and a Sky Lounge; a 350-seat event centre opened in 2019. The site also has a hall, three manoeuvring areas, low-grip sections, six EV charging points and a campsite on race weekends. It hosts five race meetings a year, trackdays with Trackdayklubben, driving courses and training for driving school pupils.
