Handicap Motors is the event that brings people together! A day whose main mission is to break down the barriers of disability. This event brings together people with disabilities and motorsport enthusiasts through open track sessions in which the disabled participants will be co-drivers for a day.
Through the event, the association Saphir 13, which organises it, conveys its values: awareness and action, integration and recognition of people with disabilities. Founded in 2005, the association Saphir 13 is the result of dialogue and exchanges between people with disabilities and people close to disability.
