3.667 kilometres long (motorcycle layout) or 3.696 kilometres long (car layout), with a width of 11–13 metres. Machine and rider must master 14 corners. The fastest point is at the end of the start-finish straight, where a top speed of up to 280 km/h can theoretically be reached. It is no coincidence that the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben carries "Arena" in its name: its arena character, much appreciated by all visitors, is almost unique among German race tracks. All spectator areas are six to eight metres above the track, which brings guests close to the action and lets them experience motorsport up close.
