Charade convicted noise

The noise of the famous Charade racetrack were found on July 4, excessive by the Civil Division of the High Court of Clermont-Ferrand.
The Civil Chamber of the High Court has recognized abnormal neighborhood disturbance to nineteen bordering the Charade circuit.
