Description of A1 Motor Park Samokov
A1 Motor Park, near Samokov, about 55 km south of Sofia and 585 m above sea level, opened on 21 March 2026. It is the first FIA Grade 3 (and FIM Grade B) circuit in the Balkans. Designed by Tsvetan Petrov, it is 3.91 km long with 15 corners and a 900 m straight, and offers 21 layouts from 1.09 to 3.91 km.
On site: pit building, covered paddock, hospitality suites and control tower, for up to 20,000 spectators. The circuit runs trackdays, a driving academy and taxi rides.
